Hello, I’m Joanna.

I am a certified yoga teacher, Thai Massage practitioner and Gestalt (relational/somatic/existential) Therapist in training.

What brings you here today? I’m here to support you if you’re looking to deepen your inner awareness, soothe your nervous system and feel more ease and aliveness in your body.

Moving through this increasingly impersonal, fast-paced, uncertain, technological age can leave us feeling drained, wound up, and at a distance from our own breath and body. The loss of this distance is real. We lose the capacity and practical knowledge of how to access to the support we have built into our bodies. We may also struggle to hear our own inner voice; the voice of our heart’s most meaningful desires and intentions.

Everyone needs support to flourish. We need support through relationship with others and support that comes from deep within ourselves

I’m inspired to offer healing somatic practices that serve as an antidote, supporting you to heighten your awareness of your own felt sense, your own body’s wisdom. I want to pass on the years of teaching I have received to soothe your nervous system, create space and ease in your body and enliven your vitality
